The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Lagos State chapter, on Sunday, came down heavily on Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, for obtaining a N39.4 billion loan from the World Bank despite the huge amount the state generates from Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
