Nigeria Ship-owners are hoping to
take charge of Cabotage business as the deadline by the management of
the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board, NCDMB, for the N5.4
billion monthly vessels servicing projects by foreign owners for major
companies expires in a few months.
