A small plane has crashed in Japan's capital.
The propeller-driven airplane plowed into a row of houses just minutes after taking off from a small airport.
The pilot and one passenger were killed as well as a woman inside the house.
Three remaining passengers and two people on the ground were taken to hospitals.
A witness described the plane in the air moments before it crashed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
