Chris Brown Stops His $10,000 Per Month Child Support After He Is Denied Visitation With Daughter Royalty

Chris Brown scuttled a $10,000 per month child support agreement after his daughter Royalty was sent to spend time with his mother.

The 26-year-old singer initially wanted to pay $2,500 per month but settled on the amount after the girl's mother Nia Guzman was seeking $15,000 per month, according to an article on Thursday by TMZ.

The agreement was set to start on July 1, but it fell apart when Brown sought a visitation with Royalty this week only to learn that she was with his mother Joyce Hawkins in Virginia.

A source said Chris became angry since he's had frosty relations with his mother.

Brown in April shared tender photos on Instagram of his mother and Royalty bonding but they have since been deleted.

Guzman claimed it was the first time that Brown was denied visitation, but it apparently was enough to spur him to action.

'A lot has changed in my life. A lot of mistakes, a lot of lessons learned. Best thing I'm most thankful for is my daughter,' Brown told the audience at the downtown Microsoft Theater.

Brown last month treated Royalty to a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California to celebrate her first birthday.

It surfaced in March that Brown and former model Guzman conceived Royalty during a fling.

Brown's on-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran broke up with the Loyal singer after learning about his baby on social media.
